Observed in "kitchen" several cans of tuna, bottles of salad dressing, gallon jar of sauerkraut in cabinets. Observed in refrigerator several packages of frozen hot dogs and a bowl of chicken salad, also packages of several cold cuts in drawer. Employee stated she makes sandwiches in kitchen and puts them out for customers. Observed establishment is serving and preparing food for customers without a license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Observed chaffing dishes and serving utensils in the kitchen. Observed a crock pot, microwave oven, small countertop oven, and hot dog roller grill in kitchen.
