  • High Priority - Self-service salad bar/buffet lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. Buffet with hot holding eggs, potatoes, sausage and apples not protected.
  • High Priority - Shell eggs held in a unit maintaining an ambient air temperature greater than 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Eggs 49°, milk 50°, cream cheese 49°, ham 43°, True cooler in kitchen. Constant door opening all morning, temperature dropped 5 degrees in the last hour keeping it closed, now at 44°.
