- Intermediate - No handwash sink for employees. There is a hand wash sink but is out of service. Employees are washing hands in triple sink temporarily. Maintenance worker just brought the parts needed and currently working on it.

Sent email contacted boiler inspector Ivan Puig for inspection to be in compliance on 6/3/2013. Have not heard from Ivan.
