Operator stated they were stocked less than 2 hours ago, recommended rapidly chilling then maintaining at 41 degrees F or below. This violation must be corrected by : 12/15/09.

- No plan review submitted and renovations in progress. Observed display case added to register area where cashiers bag bread with no accessible hand wash sink. Either plans must be submitted for review or the case must be removed/ no longer ised for dispensing products that must be packaged from the case. Application/instructions can be obtained from website. Plans and application must be submitted, processed, and approved no later than 12/15/09. This violation must be corrected by : 12/15/09.
