SUMMARY SUSPENSION(In order for license to be restored,a re-inspection fee of $100.00 during normal business hours or $400.00 after business hours must be paid and all items must be abated and approved by DOH.
Establishment currently has an expired food product license(80048xxxx-69008639)but is operating a fully equipped delicatessen in the rear.Cease and desist the operation of the deli without a proper license and correct occupancy.If you choose to discontinue the deli operation,you must renew your expired food products license.
No cooking done on premises.No cooking equipment on site.
