5) I'd build a highway from Fulton to Camden to Rome to near Turning Stone Casino to Morrisville to Tully to Auburn to Fulton. That way the area wouldn't have problems with traffic on main roads.

6) I'd build a soccer stadium somewhere downtown or in the inner harbor area. Own a soccer team that would play in Syracuse.

7) Buy industrial land near interstates and highways in Onondaga County and move any ugly businesses and ugly warehouse businesses to new locations that are not seen from major roads or highways. Then redevelop the land with apartments and more attractive commercial buildings so that this area looks more attractive to outsiders and helps local residents feel more pride in the area.

8) I'd create an education center with new buildings on a campus setting that would use the latest technology to heal people's unconscious mind and trauma. I'd use it to reprogram people's mind through education teachings and healing and living in a safe supportive attractive environment so that people can heal from toxic unconscious patterns and unhealthy programming and false beliefs.

9) I'd build about 5 highrise apartment buildings in downtown Syracuse that look similar to the ones in the following video in Austin, TX. Each would be between 20 to 40 stories high. They would all have a shade of blue or green glass and white in the design. I wouldn't build anything like Austin's tallest which is out of proportion. But the facade and color are close to what I'd like to see here in Syracuse to update the skyline and add a more cheerful vibe downtown.

Well, it depends, as many may enjoy winter activities and sports. Snow is a matter of how you deal with it and isn't necessarily a negative.

Also, I don't think Syracuse has to be like these places in Texas or have that type of look to be appealing. I understand that it is a matter of taste, but I think the city/area can have a nice mix of the old and the new.

10) I'd build green non-seethrough glass facades over all large eyesore factories, warehouses and steam plants like Syracuse University's large steam plant on the south side near I 81 and then cover them with attractive solar panels that can symbolize Syracuse, NYs future green economy based on renewable energy.

11) I'd buy all the farmland in Onondaga County that is part of the finger lakes watershed. Then I'd grow only organic food on the farms, therefore protecting our finger lakes water supply. Then I'd build housing for all homeless to live next to the farms so they can do farm work in exchange for the housing and food grown from the farms they work on.

There are plenty of privately own vineyards and farms already in the Finger Lakes and many use farm workers. So, what you are referring has been happening for a while, in a similar way.

12) I'd buy the land in northern Dewitt and northern Manlius townships between the Cicero swamp and Minoa that is unused today. I'd make the land there shovel ready just in case a future crisis forces the US to establish all manufacturing done in China today to come back here for national security reasons. It is at the crossroads of the new I-81 and Thruway, it is flat and in a location with the infrastructure there to build multiple manufacturing plants and business parks.
