about time. I am shocked they aren't going vertical on Hewitt. A few years ago they said it would be 4-6 stories high. Like a Shineman.

Oh I used shineman for my undergrad. Nice building. Too small though for the amount of departments using it.

Im moee referring to downtown Oswego. Supposively things have changed a lot since 2019.
