Yeah, they weren’t kidding about them being luxury apartments. I’m thinking that they would appeal to people that work at Oswego State, Novelis, Nine Mile Nuclear Plant or even those that work at select companies in nearby communities(i.e.-Huhtamaki, Sunoco and Interface in Fulton; Fulton Boilers and Felix Schoeller in Pulaski, etc.).

yeah. I mean, they do need more luxury apartments... in addition to more student housing.
^I agree, as I know that many of the faculty members live in the immediate Syracuse area, especially in Clay. Those that are single or young couples may like the newer apartments going up. Perhaps even students that come from families willing to pay that much for an apartment as well.

Yeah my professors all lived in Syracuse. Liverpool and Clay especially.

Yes, it is nice to see. I wish there was a way for the college to get more facilities in the middle of the city. That would help with visibility of the college and vibrancy of the city. I don’t know if people realize that the vast majority of the campus is in the town of Oswego, instead of the city of Oswego.
