  No handwashing was observed by employees during changes in tasks during inspection. Sanitarian instructed manager to have employee to wash hands and changes gloves after observed practices during inspection. (REPEAT).

  Individually packed assorted sliced deli meats were observed stored together in a large container in refrigeration unit unlabeled. The container that they were stored in was labeled with several different dates. (REPEAT).

The establishment must cease and desist use of unit until an exhaust unit is installed and approval is given by DOH or unless spec sheet for unit stated that it is a commercial and ventless.
