DISCUSSED WITH MANAGER THE POSSIBILITY OF USING TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL. PLEASE NOTE, IN ORDER TO USE TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL, THERE MUST BE WRITTEN PROCEDURES, AND A LOG OR MARKING SYSTEM THAT TRACKS THE TIME FOOD WAS REMOVED FROM REFRIGERATION AND THE TIME IT WAS SOLD OR DISCARDED, NOT TO EXCEED 4 HOURS.
