Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, & used; test strips No two compartment sink at for the bar operation and no detergent-sanitizer for use in 2-compartment sink(s).
Sewage & waste water properly disposed No garbage disposal unit (food waste grinder) installed. The unit must be plumbed and trapped separately from all other sink compartments and have its own suppy of cold water.
