Critical: PHF/TCS, COLD HOLDING (corrected on site) Observation: Raw hamburger in True 2-door cooler is cold held at 45, 47°F. Mashed potatoes in True 2-door cooler are cold held at 44 degrees F.
Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F. Corrected during inspection. Foods were voluntarily discarded.
