Correction: Provide adequate mechanical ventilation of sufficient capacity that would remove excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, obnoxious odors, smoke and fumes. Manager reports service has been contacted for repairs.

Observation: The physical facilities, i.e. the tile grout in the ware wash area is worn and water and debris is accumulating.
