    Observation: Sanitizer in 3rd sink compartment and wiping cloth buckets was at 0 to 100 ppm quat.
    Correction: Remix sanitizer and maintain at 200-400 ppm quat. Correct By: 18-Jun-2014
  • HANDWASHING SINKS, INSTALLATION - NON-HAND OPERATED
    Observation: Faucet on handwashing sinks in both restrooms only flows for ~5 seconds when the handle is pressed down.
    Correction: Serivere/repair handles on faucets of restroom hand wash sinks. Employee handwashing sinks shall be non hand operated and if metered shall provide a flow of water without the need for reactiviation for at least 15 seconds. Correct By: 19-Jun-2014
