    Observation: The plumbing system is not properly designed, constructed or installed. Splitter is installed between wasting tee and attached backflow prevention devices at the mop sink.
    Correction: Design, construct, install, and maintain the plumbing system to conform to the State Uniform Plumbing Code. Remove splitter from the system at the mop sink. Correct By: 30-Mar-2016
  • Critical: PLUMBING - BACKFLOW PREVENTION - AIR GAP
    Observation: No air gap provided on water supply from the spray hose at the three compartment sink. The retention spring has sagged and allows the spray hose to extend below the flood rim of the sink.
    Correction: Provide an air gap on water supply side to protect water supply. Repair or replace the retention spring as necessary to provide an air gap. Correct By: 01-Apr-2016
  • Critical: SEWAGE - BACKFLOW PREVENTION
    Observation: Air breaks exists between the sewage system and a drains from soda/ice machine. There is no vertical separation between the lowest point on the drain pipes and the floor receptor.
    Correction: Design the sewage system in a manner that would preclude a direct connection between the sewage system and the drain from which food is placed. Provide an air GAP on drain lines originating from equipment in which food and ice is placed. Correct By: 01-Apr-2016
  • EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - FIXED , SPACING OR SEALING - INSTALLATION
    Observation: Food preparation sink and drainboards and three compartment sink are fixed in place to the wall with a gap larger than 1/32" from the wall and not sealed to the wall.;Equipment shall be spaced from wall and other equipment to allow cleaning on all sides, sealed to adjoining equipment walls or elevated on legs to allow for easy cleaning.
