Observation: The kitchen sink/cabinet area needs to be put back together after recent repairs and cleaned.
Correction: Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean.

Observation: No single-use toweling or other hand drying device available at handwashing sink for hand drying. Relocate the papertowel closer to the handwash sink.
Correction: Provide single-use toweling or other approved devices at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.
- NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEANING FREQUENCY
Observation: The soda gun cup is not cleaned on a frequent basis. Accumulation of slime was observed.
Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
