    Observation: Yogurt in the coffee cooler is cold held at 46°F.
    Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F

    Observation: The McCafe cooler is unable to hold PHF/TCS dairy creamers at or below 41 F. The cooler is reading 54 F.

    Observation: Single-use cups are stored on the ground near the office.
    A box of straws, in dry storage, is wet near the Coke bibs.
