Observation: Working containers of degreaser (purple liquid) not labeled with contents.

- WIPING CLOTHS - USE LIMITATION - CLOTHS FOR WIPING COUNTERS STORED IN SANITIZER
Observation: Wiping cloth used for wiping counters stored on counter tops in the kitchen area.
Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution. Correct By: 08-Jul-2015
- FLOORS - WATER FLUSHING - DRAINS PROVIDED
Observation: Floor area in back had standing water, manager stated a mop bucket had spilled. Small amount of standing water noted behind McCafe cooler area and standing water was noted on the shelf used to store chemical bottles near the back fryers.
Correction: Use methods to prevent standing water in the restaurant. Clean spills up immediately and routinely monitor behind equipment to check for water. Standing water is also a rodent/insect attractant. Correct By: 08-Jul-2015
- CONTROLLING PESTS - INSPECTING PREMISE
Observation: Evidence of rodents in the storeroom area and plastic bags storing ice cream cones have been chewed.
Correction: Rountinely inspect facilities for insects and rodents. Correct By: 08-Jul-2015

Observation: Employees are unaware of the illness reporting requirements to the person in charge.
Correction: Provide training to all employees on the signs and symptoms of foodborne illness and explain the requiremnts for reporting to the person in charge. Employee health was reviewed during the inspection. Additional information will be forwarded. Correct By: 24-Apr-2014
