Correction: Repair or replace the chest freezers or lids to provide surfaces that are constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth materials.
FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS - CLEANABILITY Observation: The floor in the dishwashing area is cracked and has two divots.
Correction: Repair the floor so it is smooth and easily cleanable.

Correction: Employees shall use single-use gloves, utensils, bakery papers or other approved means when handling ready-to-eat foods.
HANDWASHING SINKS, INSTALLATION - WATER TEMPERATURE Observation: There is no hot water available at the hand wash sink in the restroom in the upstairs dining room.
Correction: Water temperature at a handwashing sink shall be at least 85°F and no more than 110°F.
TOILET FACILITIES - ENCLOSED Observation: Toilet room in the upstairs dining room is not provided with a self-closing door.
Correction: Provide a self- closing door mechanism on bathroom door to provide a tight fitting self closing door.
