  • SURFACE CHARACTERISTICS - INDOOR AREAS (repeated violation)
    Observation: Several floor tiles are missing, floor is greasy under fryers, ceiling vents need cleaning, walls need cleaning in areas, etc. Also are under warewash sinks is sealed with expandable foam.
    Correction: Clean floors as needed. Replace missing floor tiles. Remove expandable foam and install proper cove molding. Clean vent grates on ceiling.

    Some base coving tiles near prewash sink have broken off.
