Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. Cucumbers were moved during the inspection.

Observation: Pasta salad and coleslaw in the walk in cooler were missing date marks.
Correction: Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food), if required, are provided with date marking or an effective method of identifying when a food item has exceeded 7-days. Date marks were added during the inspection.

Observation: The consumer advisory and respective symbol by the corresponding food items is missing on the menu.
Correction: Provide an asterisk or symbol next to a consumer advisory and each animal food served in a raw or undercooked condition on the menu. Correct By: 30-Oct-2015
