USING A HANDWASHING SINK - ACCESSIBLE (corrected on site) Observation: Handwashing sink faucets for sink in kitchen were observed to be turned off from the master water supply during inspection and was unavailable for proper handwashing. Employee explained that the water is only turned on when cooking activities take place in order to save on the power bill. Employee turned water on for cold and hot water prior to end of inspection - water tested was hot and cold.
