Observation: A chlorine test kit(test strips) is not available for checking sanitizer concentrations.
Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions. Correct By: 17-Nov-2014
- USING A HANDWASHING SINK - ACCESSIBLE (corrected on site)
Observation: Handwashing sink faucets for sink in kitchen were observed to be turned off from the master water supply during inspection and was unavailable for proper handwashing. Employee explained that the water is only turned on when cooking activities take place in order to save on the power bill. Employee turned water on for cold and hot water prior to end of inspection - water tested was hot and cold.
Correction: Keep handwashing sink free of obstructions and in working condition at all times to allow for frequent handwashing. Correct By: 16-Oct-2014

Observation: Customers food and fruits used for drinks are subject to potential contamination by employee wiping hands/fingers on cloth towel hanging on waist at bar area.
Correction: Change methods or procedures to protect foods from contamination. Use disposable towels only to wipe fingers and hands after washing hands. Correct By: 16-Oct-2014
- NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN
Observation: Fan, electric conduit, ceiling, some wall areas, compressor area in walk-in cooler, some shelving have mold build up.
Correction: Clean and remove mold build up and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces in walk-in cooler. Correct By: 16-Nov-2014
