Correction: Do not store raw meats above cheese, olives, etc. Always store the raw sausage below ready-to-eat type foods and vegetables.

Observation: Containers with pizza toppings in the cooler are not covered.
Correction: Keep pepperoni, cheese, sausage, etc. containers covered while they are being stored in the cooler.

Observation: The ice scoops in both ice bins behind the bar are stored with the handle in direct contact with ice.
Correction: Keep ice scoops in ice with the handle up and out of the ice.

Observation: Containers of spice are stored directly on the floor in the kitchen.
Correction: Store all food items 6 inches above the floor.

Observation: There is not a covered waste receptacle in the women's restroom.
Correction: Provide a waste can with a lid in the women's restroom for disposal of feminine hygiene products.
