Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F. If not immediateyly using raw shell eggs at grill, keep under refrigeration. Correct By: 11-Aug-2015

Observation: Food thermometer not calibrated properly. Temperarture was off by 5 degrees fahrenheit.
