Observation: Establishment added a new deli station to the menu. There is currently no handwashing sink accessible in this area.
Correction: Per manager kitchen is conducting a test run for deli sandwiches. Management plans on installing new equipment including hand washing sink if employees utilize the area. Kitchen manager will install a temporary hand washing station during a test run, but will be required to install a perminent solution within the next 60 days. Correct By: 22-Jun-2015
