Correction: Milk and yogurt were discarded during the inspection. The cooler must be repaired so it maintains 41 or lower before food can be stored in it. Store cream cheese packets so they maintain 41 or lower. Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F Correct By: 10-Nov-2014
