Ready-Whip canister is stored at room temperature after opening, the can specifies that the product must be refrigerated after opening. Product was moved into refrigeration.
Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F

- WIPING CLOTHS - USE LIMITATION - CLOTHS FOR WIPING COUNTERS STORED IN SANITIZER
Observation: Wiping cloths used for wiping counters not stored in sanitizer solution between use.
Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution between use. Add one teaspoon bleach to one gal. water for buckets and one ounce bleach for 4 gal. sanitizing sink of 4 compartment sink.
- THERMOMETERS - FUNCTIONALITY - WARMEST PART OF UNIT (corrected on site)
Observation: Thermometers are not properly located in coolers.
Correction: Reposition thermometer so that it is located in the warmest part of the refrigeration unit.
- SINGLE-USE AND SINGLE SERVICE ARTICLES - ORIGINAL CONTAINER
Observation: Disposable coffee cups are not stored in original container or not properly protected at lip surfaces of cups.
Correction: Store single-use articles in their original container or use other effective means to prevent contamination.
