TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION IN STORAGE, RAW MEATS MUST BE STORED BELOW AND AWAY FROM READY-TO-EAT FOODS. IN THE FREEZER, THE RAW MEATS MUST BE FROZEN SOLID BEFORE STORING ON OR ABOVE OTHER FOODS. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION BY REMOVING THE CHICKEN FROM THE REACH-IN FREEZER, PLACING IT IN A PAN ON THE LOWEST SHELF AND CLEANING THE CHICKEN LIQUID FROM OTHER FOOD PACKAGING AND SURFACES IN THE FREEZER.
