Three compartment dish sink with BeerClean sanitizer 200 ppm. Separate hand wash sink. Baskets and tissue paper used for food contact. Note: Frozen pizza, cheese sticks, breaded mushrooms, and breaded cooked chicken in the freezers. Greaseless fryer used on the appetizers. Sauces are all shelf stable and come portioned from the factory. Serving appetizers may push you into a Category 2 Restaurant.
