* Preped-lettuce was over loaded on storage tray in display refrigeration unit, during time of inspection. (PIC removed the extra lettuce from the display refrigeration unit.)

* Left side of the hansink station in the front prep area do not have splash guard present during time of inspection.
- Hot Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(1))
* Grilled chicken breast was held at 110 degrees F rather than 135 degrees F or above as required. (PIC reheated the tray of chicken breast to 165 degrees F for 15 seconds, during time of inspection.)
- Date Marking of Ready-to-Eat Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(b))
* Potentially hazardous ready to eat food (wrapped slice deli meat & cheese), prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the walk-in refrigeration, was not date marked.

* Working bulk food ingredient storage containers in the rear food prep and in walk-in container are not labeled with the common name of the food, where it is needed.
- Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
* Paper towels was not observed at the handwash sink in the front food prep area, during time of inspection.
