Lunchmeat was placed in cooler at approx. 12 pm today, lunchmeat was voluntarily discarded - CORRECTED 5A Chickenwwings found stored on ice in 3 bay sink (in 3rd bay). Wings were being stored as extras for when they become busy later this evening. Outer wings were temped at 51 dF at this time. Wings have been out less than 2 hours-put back in buckets and returned to cooler CORRECTED, advised not to use sink as a cooler 10B Freezer in downstairs storage area by dough machine- gasket in disrepair, top cover not smooth and easily cleanable (plywood).
