Upon arrival cooler holding at 46°F. Reportedly cooler is on a defrost cycle at this time. Cooler was serviced. At the end of the inspection cooler reached between 40- 43°F and was still dropping in temperature.
Discussed using three bins to wash, rinse, and sanitize coffee pots and jerky container. Provide an approved sanitizer and test strip kit. If menu changes a three compartment sink will be required. Reportedly operation will in stall a three compartment sink when facility is remodeled.

4.2/4.6- Observed coffee pots and self serve beef jerky containers. Provide a three compartment sink in order to wash, rinse, and sanitize food contact surfaces. Contact plumbing division of Medina County Health Department for permits.
6.4- Missing damaged floor tile in the retail area. Repair this to facilitate cleaning.
6.4- Floor in storage room is dirty under sink. Clean this.
6.2- Replace the burned out light in the pop storage room.
4.1- Self serve sandwiches to be heated by customer has been added to operation. Provide a commercial microwave oven.
Samsung microwave has been approved for personal use only.
4.4- Walk-in cooler has an ambient air temperature of 46.1°F. Repair cooler in order to maintain 41°F and below. All packaged foods in cooler. Unable to take an internal temperature of foods.
Reportedly water sample has not been taken for this quarter.
