- Source-Eggs
Observed brown shell eggs in kitchen refrigerator - person in charge said that a teacher buys the eggs from a farm and gives them to the school. There is no proof that the eggs originate from a licensed and approved source - the eggs are in a reused egg carton from a grocery store and has a production date on a sticker but no egg handler's license number. Removed, corrected.
