I just did a search for properties in Edenmoor and couldn't find any. Am I looking in the wrong area? Thanks.

Edenmoor is in Lancaster Co, SC. If you're looking on carolinahome.com, which I suggest you do as it's a great resource, it's MLS area 24.

Edenmoor, go down 521 to Jim Wilson (its near Sun city and the new shopping center with H.T. Wendys BBT bank etc. Drive 2 miles. its between 521 and providence rd.

Edenmoor has pretty much closed down. All the models are closed except maybe Ryland, and a few spec houses are for sale. A real shame, especially for the people who have already bought houses there. Could have been a nice community. Maybe when the housing collapse eases, someone will buy the community and get things started again.
