There are certain areas of IL that do have TWC. I'm in IL...2 minutes from the the heart of Ballantyne and we don't have TWC. There are also parts of Clover that have TWC.

We have TWC in Bridgemill in Indian Land. I can't stand TWC - choppy HD signal, terrrible customer service. Getting DirecTV in our new house.....

I def agree w/ GatorHaters comments. The HD signal on TWC is horrible. This wknd, I couldn't even get a lot of the HD stations and even some of the regular ones were saying that I wasn't subscribed to them. It is also very choppy signals. But I guess you get what you pay for, we have 7 tvs and internet, so the cost of DirecTV would be a lot more than what we pay for TWC w/ an HD DVR and another HD box.

PS- I live right over the border in Indian Land/Fort Mill

We have one HD box and three other boxes with TWC, plus we have HBO. With taxes, etc, our total bill is around $150 month. For that money, I could head to LaVecchia's and then hit the "ballet" afterwards with the leftover $1 bills. With DirecTV, the bill will be around $110. We could still add three more boxes like the superrich "MD2NC" has, and it would still be cheaper than TWC. Chop my legs off and call me shorty.
