My husband just got a job in Rawlins and we cannot find a place to live. We have 2 kids and a dog. He will be starting his job in 2 weeks and we need a place. The kids and I have to stay behind in Colorado until we have a place lined up. Can anyone help me, or point me in the right direction? I appreciate any help.

Maybe you could have your husband look in the Rawlins newspaper or contact a realtor. I met a woman last summer that managed property but I have no idea how to get ahold of her. I do know that the rental rates for houses I have heard were outrageous I know that staying behind is hard but so much better than trying to deal with kids, a dog, and no place to stay. I am pretty sure there are apartments there.

Good luck.

Default Where to Live in Rawlins???

I did meet with a Realtor but we decided to rent because we have to move there so fast. I just found one apartment that is available...a two bedroom for four of us. And it is an upstairs apartment with a 2 year old. Not ideal but at least we found something.

Thanks for the comments!
Good luck to you too!
