I have noticed in the paper that there is always rentals at the apartment on 154 North Beech street. Does anyone know the reputation around there and what kind of neighborhood it is in? I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me with some kind of info since I will be moving to Casper here in the near future.

North casper is not the good part of casper. It one of the old parts of town. There are good places and people here. But. It is also the run down part of town, so to speak. The minoritites congregate there. So this is like where any congrigation like that is.
Crime is higher there, low property values, ect.
I know I will get alot of flack for what I just wrote. But it is the truth. I was going to buy property and rental housing there. I did a long research over a year into it. I decided not to buy.
I personally know two families that had to move bacause they were the wrong "kind". And were told that. Along with the vandalisem, threats, theft in the middle of the day. The police were absolutely no help. Both families had to take a loss on their houses and leave that part of casper.
Rentals in that part of town are always in the paper. I do know there is all of these conditions as I have friends that still live there.

Holy racism Batman!

Your implication that it is the "wrong side of the tracks" because there are minorities there is sad. I lived in casper for 10 years and I can assure you there are far more white people living there than anyone else.

This is a more run down place to live. I work close to this apartment complex and it's more like a dormitory type unit. Honestly, it's not the safest place to live. IMHO.

How big of a place are you looking for and for how many people???
