Irregardless, it's such a mute point that I could care less. Literally.
Kind of provides counterpoint to my friend who pronounces moot as "mute" even though I've corrected him many times. He understands the word. He just refuses to change his pronunciation. (I gave up.)

I seen a couple of townhomes inside that community. I loved the size of the homes there and planning on putting and offer located in xxxxxxxxx. And there homes are little cheaper and homes are bigger. Would resell value be an issue down the road.
