I think regurgitating kitty is being used as a gerund.

What I wonder is why anybody would want an update on that. "Hey honey, the cat threw up again!"

I am satisfied of the choice my daughter made. I am happy and excited for her new beginning at the ___ College. I just know people are going to people wherever you go.

I seen a couple of townhomes inside that community. I loved the size of the homes there and planning on putting and offer located in xxxxxxxxx. And there homes are little cheaper and homes are bigger. Would resell value be an issue down the road.
