From a restaurant review that was posted on Yelp:

"As a vegitarian, I was so thankful for their FULL page of vegitarian options. They have great jars, as well, if you're not too hungry."

Hmmm...This enthusiastic reviewer is apparently a vegetarian, but is unable to spell that type of cuisine.

However, what puzzles me the most is...What do you call somebody who likes to eat "jars"?
Would that person be a Vitrotarian?
