I worked for a woman many years ago. I had been warned that she was a little... cuckoo. She posts links to these conspiracy theory pages otherwise I would never be aware of them. (The warning about her being a little cuckoo turned out to be very, very true, obviously.)

I do believe that this particular poster is hoping that "Q" is Barron Trump. But the poster is also unaware of the correct spelling of Barron's name. I'm not sure why they think a kid who's 12 years old would be some sort of guru.
