I think the American flag is the most beautiful for emotional reasons.

In terms of aesthetics I find the Bahamas flag has nice colors, it has the blue on it, the same blue as the ocean there.

I don't know how the Mexican flag is pretty, with the eagle eating a snake. I know its there cause its part of an Aztec legend, but I wouldn't say a snake being eaten by an eagle is a pretty depiction. The Mexican flag is unusual though. The Japanese, Bangaladesh, the fomer Libyan, and the Canadian flags are the least creative.

I know many Belarusians inside and outside Belarus view that flag as the real flag of the country. To them the current flag is associated with Alexander Lukashenko. I put politics aside when I judge flags aesthetic beauty and appeal.

I have to say that the Belarus would have a unique flag if a change were to happen. I like it actually.

The old Belarus flag is basically a white background with a thick red line in the middle.
