I don't know all flags, but the two I really like are :

Most tricolours flags are nice too, but too common. And I don't really like flags with little details, like the Mexican or Australian, you can't see them from a distance.

For those who haven't had the opportunity to study the origin of the Union Jack:



The iconic "Jack" originated from a union of the flags representing each member kingdom of the UK (at least from 1801 to 1921).
Respectively: St George's Cross (England), St Andrew's Cross (Scotland), and St Patrick's Cross (Ireland).

The Union flag that you posted is upside down - the red diagonal is asymmetrical and the narrow band of white should be underneath the red in the top left quadrant. It happens a lot

I'm going to sound so patriotic here its no even funny but I truly think Americas flag is the most beautiful I personally like the colors blue and red, especially blue, another one of my favorites will probably go to the UK and Australia again because of those colors
