england has the only true english accent since its their language.
the others are just bastardized spinoffs - american, aussie, canadian, etc.
You do realize that some of the idiosyncrasies found in the latter three countries you mention, are archaic in the UK but remained in use elsewhere so the "true" English as you put it is...
