Last one tough. It must be somewhere in Asia but I don't like going to trashy places or where I see lots of suffering (cant enjoy anything if thats present). That rules out all of asia but Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong, maybe Thailand (but large parts of it are pretty backwards).
Yep I misspoke a bit. I meant places with lots of sights and great food. I personally don't see any of those fitting that although I have not been to Brunei. The rest were ok but subpar to whats available to look at in Thailand but about even on quality of food.
I'd want to mix this up between continents but Europe just has too much to offer so I have to give them 2 slots over something (likely Brazil) in South America. Africa is just amazing in terms of nature and terrain - nothing like it so I think it deserves to be top 5. I also think Spain and Italy is a real coin toss.

I didn't mention the USA, but there again I didnt mention 98% of the world, Im just wondering why are you asking for a reason for the USA in particular?
