just had my appeal Hearing Yesterday, I was fired for having an accident in a bobcat ,on the day in question ,I had to go down an Railroad alley , that was exstreamly bumpy ,winds gusting to 21 mph , I had only 2 hrs training about 8 months prior to that on the bobcat, don't use it but maybe once or twice a month, and going down a unfamiliar alley, I hit the wall of a neighboring building when I lost control, older bobcat as well, anyway at my hearing the employer never showed, and even stated to my union they would not contest my unemployment....and they didn't,I explained the accident and had witnesses that say the same thing , how do you think ill do
