Check out Learn Spanish - SpanishPod

They offer a number of audio lessons for free, and it's casual, Mexican-Spanish dialogue that you'll use in everyday life. I've picked up a lot of new words and phrases. For a monthly fee, you can subscribe and get the full lessons.

Highly recommended.
