Anything that would require just a 40hour work week with no weekends- no MANDATORY overtime and starting around 7am.

Dragonfly, do you need a marketing director for your no-kill shelter? That's my dream job - marketing/PR/programs for an animal shelter or rescue.

1) Something in the media such as a news broadcaster, stage manager, media executive, agent, etc.

2) Host my own show on the Travel Channel where I give people advice for traveling on a small budget.

3) Creative executive that comes up with marketing/advertising ideas and campaigns.

4) Life Coach

5) Detective, moreso for civil cases and not criminal.

6) Special Opps spy for the CIA (where you go out in the field...not the sit-behind-a-desk and listen to people talk).

7) OB/GYN

8) Author

I would have a lot of property out in in the country and take care of animals. Awesome. I would do it for nothing if I could...

My dream job would probably be working as a freelance writer. I have actually started doing freelance work online. As most people know, it is VERY tough to make a living by just writing on your own time. I will have to get another job to supplement any earnings I may get from writing. The thing is though the job that I get should be something that I like to go to every day. I don't know yet in what field that job will be in though.

Dream job if actual availability and pay of said job didn't matter?
I would have capitalized on the job I had in my early 20s (news copyeditior/proofreader for a news program for the hearing impaired) and gone on to be a big newspaper copyeditor.
Then of course, in reality, I'd have been unemployed for several years now, with no future.
If I could have done math, I'd be a vet.
