-States that were affected by COVID or had the most restrictive lockdowns had the largest growth.

I am surprised not see better performance in Tourist heavy states like NV FL HI. Also wheres RI?

Is this jobs in the state or jobs held by state residents? Because NJ, CT and NH seems rather low and NY seems high.
