First, think long & hard which job you truly think you'll like better & do a little quick research & asking around, etc. if you have to.
THEN...
I'd accept the higher paying job, ESPECIALLY if you honestly think you'll like each job equally, otherwise, go w/ the one you'll be happier at. Just say ASAP to job #1 that you apologize, but something came up and you won't be able to start. ONLY IF they happen to ask if it's due to another job offer, then answer yes & who knows, maybe you & job #1 can negotiate better pay.
