A good waiter can make good money, and still have flex in their schedule.

They are called struggling actors for a reason. How many actors and actresses have left a career/good paying job to be an artist? Probably about zero. You are not being realistic if you think you are going to waltz into some well paying and easily obtainable job that you can work until you get your big break.

People don't become firefighters unless they have the passion for it. You need years of training and education to become a paid firefighter. You seem to think you just waltz in and get the job!

I know actors, including in LA and on Broadway. They all have theater degrees. Yet you think a you-tube channel will suffice.

That is what people DO, to get the education, the training, the internships, necessary to succeed.

It is immature to think that anyone is jealous of you, when in reality there is nothing of which to be jealous.
You want passive income, and you think that will happen without a struggle.

As was said earlier, good luck with that!

Are you kidding? I had a blast living with my housemates during my single days.
Lived with my sister and a couple of her pals when I graduated college - fun.
Lived with a couple gals I met through friends - fun.
Lived with my best friend and a couple other people - amazing, amazing fun.

Only once did I not have fun with housemates - but it's not like we were enemies. We just all had different interests and schedules. But they were still nice women and good housemates. I just didn't hang out with them.

If you pick the right people to be your housemates, it can be a really great experience, and cheap to boot.

I supported myself for many years as a waiter and bartender. You have to find the right place and have a great personality. I also made more in 20-25 hrs. per week than many people did on 40+ hours.

Right now, I am working with a bartender who is brining in over $20/hr at a local business class hotel and conference center. That is just the income she shows on her pay stubs.

Don't knock it unless you know you don't have what it takes, i.e. ability to take instructions and interpersonal communication skills..
